Stehly Farms Organics is a multi-generation family farm in Valley Center, founded in the 1920s and reimagined by brothers Jerome and Noel Stehly in 2002. The farm is certified organic.
They sell produce through seasonal CSA shares and at the Stehly Farms Market on Adams Avenue in Kensington, plus farmers markets in San Diego, Orange and Los Angeles counties. For Thanksgiving they raise pasture-raised heritage turkeys on the farm, sold fresh and never frozen.
