Las Cumbres Ranch raises cattle in the Santa Ynez Valley of Santa Barbara County, about six minutes from Los Alamos. The ranch calls its beef 100% grass-fed and grass-finished: the cattle are raised regeneratively on biodiverse rangeland and finished on biodiverse irrigated pastures in Santa Barbara County.
The beef is sold as cow shares, with a deposit for a one-eighth, quarter, half or whole animal. After you pay the deposit the ranch gives you an estimated delivery time. The ranch does not publish pickup or shipping details, so ask when you reach out: info@lascumbresranch.com.
