A full-service, family-run butcher on Mission Gorge Road and the sister shop to Siesel’s in Bay Park. The counter carries hand-selected USDA Prime and Choice Midwestern beef, free-range poultry and Berkshire pork, and the shop also stocks San Diego’s FAT Chips. This is a traditional butcher rather than a regenerative ranch: ask at the counter where a cut was raised if that matters to you.
