Downtown Santa Barbara’s anchor market — the biggest in the county, strong on produce and pasture-raised meat. It moved in September 2024 from the Cota Street lot to State & Carrillo, and now runs along both streets in the heart of downtown. Rancho San Julian’s grass-fed beef booth is the protein anchor; late summer brings dry-farmed tomatoes and stone fruit. Year-round, rain or shine; CalFresh EBT and Market Match accepted.
